We are currently searching for an HR/Office Coordinator in our HR department situated near White City, West London.

Summary:

We are looking for an efficient HR/Office Coordinator to undertake various HR and office administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees’ records and supporting the interview process. Your role includes some Front of House duties, but mainly involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge of Human Resources and general administrative responsibilities. Reporting to the Head of HR - UK, the successful candidate will be able to work autonomously, possess a strong attention to detail and accuracy, specifically in data input and processes. Must be able to manage multiple priorities with a sense of pride, ownership, and urgency. Candidates must also be able to maintain an elevated level of confidentiality, handle sensitive subjects and work autonomously.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the wider organization.
