About the role:
We are looking for a Project Administrator/ Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the primary customer contact for our incoming group accommodation/ housing requests and this role is to work on an array of clients in a variety of industry sectors.

As a Project Administrator, you will:
- Deliver an innovative, quality, accommodation/ housing service that consistently exceeds client’s expectations.
- To ensure relevant customer service levels are understood and consistently met or exceeded and to be suitably conversant in all relevant systems, and processes in line with customer requirements.
- To be fully conversant with the BCD Venue Search booking platform (training will be provided)
- Continually develop excellent venue destination knowledge through building positive relationships with key supplier contacts, attending familiarisation visits, destination workshops and webinars.
- Consistently apply and demonstrate venue and destination knowledge to all customers.
Your good at:
- A background in customer service and/or a desire to delight customers by exceeding their expectations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily word and excel) you will also have experience of entering and extracting data from databases.
- Detail orientated, comfortable at communicating at all levels – both written and verbal
- The tenacity to give your best and turn challenges into solutions, even when doing so is difficult
- Driven to do what’s right by acting with integrity, communicating clearly and transparently
- The want to solve it together as a team by building and maintaining trust-based relationships
- Able to act with purpose while juggling multiple priorities, adapting to change effectively and positively
- Motivated to feed the future and develop yourself, your expertise, and your skills
You might also have:
- Previous experience of working within the M&E, travel, hotel or hospitality industries
- Experience using booking systems, for example Cvent
- Negotiating and contracting experience

You should know:
- Hybrid role with 2-3 days required per week in our Derby office.
- Our standard working hours are 9:00am -5:30pm with an hour break.
- You may be required to go on site on occasion in the UK or overseas.
- You must have the right to live and work in the UK.
