How you’ll change it up
As our business continues to grow and evolve, you’ll take ownership of reporting operating costs, identify ways we can improve our processes and consolidate monthly management accounts. You’ll also play a key role in our month end process. Day to day, these are some of the things you can expect to be doing:
- Preparing month end reporting and operating costs
- Providing detailed analysis and insight of month end results
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts, identifying risks / opportunities and efficiently resolving queries
- Providing support and explanations to auditors
- Leading or supporting as the Subject Matter Expert on process improvement projects within the function
- Working closely with IT and external parties to implement automation into management accounting activities
What you’ll bring to the role
You’ll be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) who already has some post-qualification experience. You’ll also have the following:
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage a busy workload in a changing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
