Principal Accountabilities:

• Responsible for assisting the Senior Associate in the effective management of cash collection across all the McLaren Race series
• Working closely with the business partners & marketing leads to ensure cash collection is maximised and cash is allocated in a timely manner
• Proactively reduce aged debt and highlight accounts that require review
• Deal with invoice queries that occur and ensure timely resolution
• Reconciliation of Aged receivables and assistance in the preparation of month end reporting
• Completion of onboarding for new or existing customers
• Support process improvements within the order to cash cycle
• Raising sales invoices
• Bank verifications
• Ensure intercompany invoices are raised on a timely basis
• Assist with the maintenance of the customer records within the ERP system
• Ad hoc duties as required

To Succeed In this Role:

• Minimum of 1 years experience working in a Accounts Receivable role
• You’re an advanced user of Microsoft (Excel pivots, vlookups)
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and you’re able to communicate effectively with business partners outside of Finance
• Accurate, with a detail focused and a collaborative approach.
• Excellent Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to prioritise and organise to work effectively to deadlines.
• Be a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude, who is happy to work independently when required
• Have an inquisitive mind
