An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Band 6 registered general nurse who holds, or is currently working towards, a specialist practitioner qualification (SPQ) in District Nursing to join the community nursing team in the North Locality.
The post holder will join the North West nursing team and will predominantly provide nursing care to patients in their own homes or homely setting. You will be based in the Stanley area, but will be required to work flexibly across the locality to meet service needs.
The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly to help lead the team to deliver safe, effective, patient centred care to every patient.
You will support by leading the implementation of change and improvement within your team and support the locality team in the delivery of PKHSCP and NHS Tayside’s vision and values.
Due to Health and Social Care integration, a commitment to multi disciplinary working with the ability to adapt and manage change within the service is essential.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register
