At WorkForce the Senior Project Manager (PM) administers multiple Workforce Management client system implementations and is responsible for leading all project lifecycle stages. The Senior PM works directly with the customer project team (including senior management) to manage multiple and/or complex projects to successful project completion. They are highly organized individuals with expert communication skills and the ability to lead through influence.
Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Experience leading successful client software implementation / integration projects including complex projects and/or managing multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to perform project control activities for complex projects including creating and maintaining detailed project plans, status reports, issue/risk/change/defect logs, etc.
- Manage the creation, execution, and analysis of Statements of Work (SOW) and Project Change Orders (PCO), including their estimates
- Develops detailed staffing plans for internal resource allocation/capacity planning; experience working with shared resources
- Demonstrates honesty and compassion for customers’ needs and the ability to manage customer expectations

- Ensures best practices, tools, and processes by following guidelines and processes established by the Center for Project Excellence competency center

- Maintains a culture of innovation, confidence and trust, best practice development
- Champions the promotion of integrity in all endeavors
- Assists with mentoring in both hard and soft skills required for the successful planning, execution, delivery and support of projects and their products
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience working with external customers
- 7+ years Project Management experience with enterprise software implementations
- 4+ years working in a consulting environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset required, as the role needs capability of rapidly shifting focus and responding to ever-changing conditions
- Strong consulting experience in Project Management
- Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management preferred
- Knowledge of software development process and cycle
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies preferred
- Associated experience in project delivery and/or Project Management qualifications such as PMI, Prince2 or equivalent
- Additional languages beneficial

- Ability to travel up to 25%

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
