Job Summary: As a Plumber with Central Heating Experience at Den Construction, you will be responsible for performing various plumbing and central heating installation tasks in domestic settings. Your primary duties will revolve around installing plumbing systems for kitchens and bathrooms, as well as handling radiator and central heating installations.
Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' properties are equipped with efficient and reliable plumbing and heating systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Plumbing Installation: Carry out precise and professional installation of plumbing systems for kitchens and bathrooms in residential properties. This includes the installation of pipes, fixtures, faucets, sinks, showers, and other related components.
2. Central Heating Installation: install central heating systems in homes, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency. This involves the installation of radiators, boilers, thermostats, and associated components.
3. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all relevant building regulations, and safety standards while carrying out plumbing and heating installations. Ensure that all work is completed with utmost attention to safety practices.
4. Problem Diagnosis and Resolution: Identify plumbing and central heating issues effectively, and provide timely and accurate solutions to ensure seamless system operations.
5. Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance on plumbing and heating systems to prolong their lifespan and prevent potential breakdowns. Additionally, handle repair tasks promptly and efficiently when required.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate projects and ensure smooth workflow.
7. Material Management: Assist in the procurement and management of plumbing and central heating materials, ensuring availability and proper utilisation.
8. Customer Interaction: Communicate courteously and professionally with clients, addressing their queries, explaining installations, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience as a plumber with specific expertise in central heating systems installation.
· Comprehensive understanding of domestic plumbing systems, central heating components, and related tools and equipment.
· Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical plans, blueprints, and specifications.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to troubleshoot complex plumbing and heating issues.
· Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to plumbing and heating installations.
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and interact with clients.
· Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to meet project deadlines.

Salary £40,000.00 / £200 per day
