We're looking for an HR Generalist to join our clients dynamic and expanding team to support the Lead HR Partner in understanding the needs of the business and help deliver a high-quality experience for colleagues.
This could be the perfect role for you if you have previous experience in a similar industry and a CIPD qualification.
As HR Partner your responsibilities will also include:
- Support the Lead HR Partner in understanding the needs of the business and help deliver a high-quality experience for colleagues
- Assist with the overall on-boarding and recruitment process
- Support the payroll process
- Manage employee relations cases, which will include those related to disciplinary, grievance and capability (performance & sickness)
- Assist with coaching and developing the Associate HR Partners to ensure consistency with knowledge and experience with the colleague life cycle.
What we are looking for:
- CIPD Qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and best practice in employee relations
- Strong knowledge of best practice in recruitment
- Excellent problem solving skills

Title: HR Partner
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000
Location: Bracknell
Type: 12 Month FTC & full-time, Hybrid
