If you’re discreet and professional with a caring attitude, then we would like to hear from you. Find your greatness by joining our Non-Emergency Patient Transport Team (NEPT) as one of our Ambulance Care Assistants. You’ll support non-emergency patients by providing first class, safe care during their transportation between hospital/clinic appointments and their home. You’ll also provide the same quality of care when transporting SEND children to and from schools.
Being able to remain calm under pressure is key, as is being willing to undertake training to broaden your knowledge of medical and mental health conditions. A flexible, adaptable approach is required as every day will be different.
You’ll be able to read, write and speak the English language and be able to understand and follow policies and procedures supplied to you.
