Role: Project Manager
Location: Chester (Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Duration: 12 Month Contract
We have a brand-new and exciting position with one of our Banking & Financial Services clients for a Project Manager.
The role is to provide support for Risk Action plans to ensure on time delivery and risk remediation within the Productivity and Mobile streams. The role will be working with our Risk Leads, AIT managers, Service, Product and Engineering; along with partners in GIS, Compliance, Core Risk and Operations teams to ensure development and remediation of risks within the Banks risk framework.
General Responsibilities:- Co-ordination and project management of Risk mitigation action plans
- Identification and collection of evidence to support Risks mitigation
- Scheduling of meetings to support actions plans and Risk mitigation plans
- Development of Processes and metrics (SPI/POP) with Productivity and Mobile teams to support Risk and Controls
- Escalation and management of Go-to-green plans
- Support in risk assessment and development
- Management status reports
- Creating and supporting Governance routines as part of the Action plan deliverables
Experience and Skills Required:- Extensive project management experience within technical environment
- Experience of working with a range of technical and/or risk teams
- Matrix management of global teams
- Presenting and Influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation creation and delivery
- Ability to produce and maintain high quality plans, action logs, risk trackers, etc.
- Good understanding of Risk frameworks
