We are looking for a Receptionist, working alongside our Administrative Officer. You will play an essential role acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home; helping to improve our service by directing visitors and telephone calls to the correct location in a friendly and efficient manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to be a team player are essential qualities, as well as the ability to approach tasks with confidence and clarity, being able to work using your own initiative.
Forest Court is a nursing home set in a beautiful woodland location on the edge of the New Forest providing 24 hour nursing care, including care for residents with dementia. The home is rated ‘Good’ by CQC.
The working hours will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; 10:00am - 18:00pm.
