Exciting news! We are hiring an admin assistant to join our amazing team at Quarry Mount Carehome in Swindon.
If you have admin experience, are highly organised, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
The role is part-time, offering 18 hours over three days (Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday) at £11.50 per hour.
As an admin assistant, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our care home, assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting our friendly team in day-to-day operations.
Job requirements:
- A Good solid knowledge of operating computers including Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to enter data and maintain information on a Database such as a CRM
- Good organisational skills, prioritising work load accurate record keeping and excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and confident telephone skills - ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally in relation to the business
- Ability to adapt day to day in busy working environment where distractions occur and daily tasks can change depending on circumstances.
