About the Production Supervisor job
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for quality control, efficient production and timely delivery of fish products daily. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the production equipment is kept in a good state of maintenance. You will be able to facilitate the training of staff and be able to plan work schedules accordingly.
Key tasks
- Supervision of a team across the production floor and implementing working schedules.
- Complete the daily signing of data sheets.
- Ensuring all equipment is safe, clean and signed off prior to usage.
- Quality control of products.
- Ensuring the production process complies with HACCP and all other food safety legislation.
- Play a key role in the expansion and growth of this successful brand.
About You
- Excellent communication skills and a team player with leadership qualities.
- Experience within the ready to eat food industry.
- Detail oriented in order to improve and maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Ability to be objective and ensure an enjoyable working environment.

The Production Supervisor job is based in South West London and is paying £28,000 - £35,000 according to your experience.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.00am - 4.00pm / 8.00am - 5.00pm.
