What you will enjoy doing
- Ensure that all related processes and procedures meet the requirements of all applicable regulatory standards; EU Medical Device Regulations; ISO 13485; FDA 21 CFR 820, EU MDR 2017/745, UK MDR (2002) associated Canadian and Brazilian regulations and others as appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with other functional areas to effectively investigate and resolve product and process quality issues, deploying appropriate tools to assist root cause analysis and risk assessment.
- Ensure that all production and service employees are familiar with, trained on, and follow all manufacturing procedures related to their jobs.
- Participate in product investigations related to customer complaints and corrective actions. Use FMEA methodology to expose issues during investigation of product related failures.
- Provide support to Manufacturing in the development of test protocols and reports, validation plans, and IQ/OQ/PQ rationale.
- Provide Quality Engineering support and resource to assist with complaint and CAPA investigations and resolution.

- Significant experience in medical device manufacturing environment, with experience in electronic and mechanical assemblies
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices
- Knowledge of testing, Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes of electromechanical
- Excellent time management skills with keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- True team player with strong interpersonal skills and commitment to the team’s success.
