HR Manager

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum
Are you a dynamic and driven HR professional with a passion for creating a positive and supportive work culture? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team as an HR Manager. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the ethos and values of their organisation while ensuring the success and well-being of their employees. This role focuses on strategy, training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organisation's mission, vision, and objectives.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and on-boarding new employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs, workforce planning, and provide HR support to achieve their goals.
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment to enhance employee morale, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain performance management systems to measure employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement and development.
- Oversee employee benefits, payroll processing, and collaboration with an external payroll provider.
- Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career development.
- Foster employee engagement and retention through various initiatives, including employee recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, and wellness programs.
- Handle disciplinary actions and termination processes in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job details, training records, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor HR metrics and analyse trends to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve HR processes.
- Collaborate with management on succession planning and talent development to ensure a pipeline of skilled and capable employees.
Essential Requirements:
- CIPD part qualified or CIPD Fully Qualified.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle challenges efficiently and effectively.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in HR management or a related field.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
