Job Description
Due to continued company growth, Fireserv is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Your main duties will be to provide administrative support to the Fire Team, working as part of a small team to ensure all admin tasks are managed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Day to day role
- Dealing with the main email inbox and allocating tasks/follow ups accordingly.
- Daily contact with staff, clients, and suppliers either by telephone or email
- Stock control including ordering materials & arranging for engineers’ collection, booking in deliveries, and actioning returns.
- Updating management systems with up-to-date price's
- Creating job packs with materials and required documentation in advance of works being carried out.
- Following up with Engineers for completed paperwork.
- Liaising with subcontractors
- Raising and sending jobs to engineering staff
- Answering the phone / Accepting Delivery's
- Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reports to aid management processes
- Liaising with customers to ensure targets and expectations are met.
- Understanding elements of the operations team to provide Holiday cover when required.
- Able to take instruction from senior management & communicate to ensure tasks are being completed / dealt with in a timely manner.
- Any other Duties deemed necessary.
- Updating shared documents to upload job details.
- Updating shared documents to manage engineer diaries.
- Distributing and maintaining internal documentation
- Save information/documentation for auditing purposes.
- Populate engineer schedules on a job portal to include frequency and charges.
- Manage compliance related administration which will be audited as part of an external accreditation.
Essential Criteria
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent telephony and communication skills
- Extensive administration experience
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Happy to get involved at all levels.
Full Time/Permanent
40hrs per week
Mon-Fri 0830hrs to 1700hrs
22 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Salary: £16,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
