HR Advisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join our rapidly growing client with offices nationwide.
Purpose of the HR Advisor Role:
The main purpose of the HR Advisor role is to oversee all employee life cycle processes, providing HR and training administrative support and initial employee relations advice and guidance. To support workplace wellbeing and culture initiatives, provide HR communication and workforce reports.
Responsibilities for the HR Advisor will include but are not limited to:
· Providing initial HR & ER advice, signposting and supporting managers and employees
· Issuing employment contracts and written changes to terms and conditions (temporary and permanent) of existing employee contracts
· Overseeing all mandatory training requirements
· Owning the HR database and administration of employee records and data processing
· Compiling digital and paper personnel files
· Co-ordinating workplace culture initiatives
· Managing HR communications e.g., HR Updates, employee handbook and organisation chart
· Contributing to the development and review of HR policies and gatekeeping the policy approval process for the Leadership team, co-ordinating the policy index
· Developing and implementing process maps and management toolkits
· Co-ordinating employee benefits administration and reward initiatives
· Analysing HR data and compiling quarterly HR reports for the Head of HR
· Providing administrative support to the Health & Wellbeing committee
The Perfect HR Advisor will be:
· CIPD Level 5 qualification or experience
· Previous experience working in a HR Advisor role
· Experience using HR data to analyse and produce reports
· Experience providing HR advice to managers and staff
· IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise and ensure high levels of confidentiality
· Problem-solving skills
· Ability to work swiftly with accuracy
