As past of the Customer Service team, you will be supporting a wide range of operations teams across Europe, undertaking a wide variety of tasks that are required to maintain the business supporting a growing Fuel Card Business.

Knowledge & Skills required
- Previous experience of working across a range of systems (email, databases, MS Office)
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Ability to work off own initiative – this is not a scripted CS role!
- Taking ‘ownership’ of problems
- Ideally experience of working in a ‘Customer Service’ position previously but not necessarily the norm!
- Flexibility to provide cover assistance to other positions within the team.
- Professional approach to work- note this is a B2B environment not B2C.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
- Providing accurate logging onto multiple databases on every customer query
- Dealing with inbound calls – with a wide range of queries.
- Data entry tasks for customers
- Investigations and dealing with large numbers of email enquires over a range of platforms.
- Resolving and identifying issues across multiple channels.
- Looking after live chat facilities.
- Liaising with various departments to ensure that all customer receive the best possible service and in a timely manner.
- Production of customer record and files.
