SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVSIOR / MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE / HYRBID / £27K PLUS BENEFITS
Our people make all the difference in our success, WEX currently has a requirement for a Senior Customer Service Advisor join a rapidly expanding team supporting customers across Europe. As part of the Customer Service team, you will be supporting a wide range of operations teams across Europe, undertaking a wide variety of tasks that are required to maintain the business supporting a growing Fuel Card Business.

Knowledge & Skills Required
- Assertive with strong communications skills and the ability to interact confidently at all organisation’s levels
- Able to manage several activities and maintain a consistent level of performance
- Excellent PC Skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proven experience of managing complaints / difficult situations / customer matters to a satisfactory resolution
- Accurate data entry skills and to be analytical correct
- Abel to demonstrate good coaching skills and business acumen
- Experience of leadership and delivering key messages to colleagues
- Previous experience of training development and delivery
- Able to mentor team members
- Can demonstrate a keenness for self-development and willingness to ‘go the extra mile’
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete spot checks on applications, audit reports, live-chats and emails. Document findings and deliver feedback to Agent and Team Leader
- Hold masterclass sessions for CS Staff
- Complete coaching and set SMART goals – follow up to review progress and feed up to team lead
- Co-ordinate training, delivery and sign off for new people, working alongside HR
- Develop training material for new starters
- Complete activities as part of the EU Fleet integration program including Process mapping, data migration and configuration activities and UAT and post implementation support activities
- Support team of advisors on BAU workload if amount outstanding workload is high- this could be calls, emails, live chat, applications and daily audit report checks
- Highlight any concerns in relation to Agent / process issues
