The Sales Support Specialist Role:
As our Sales Support Specialist, you will be required to work closely alongside the Sales, Aftersales and Valeting teams to ensure that all new and used vehicles that arrive into the centre are processed and prepared to an agreed standard for sale and delivery.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will receive all new vehicles from outside suppliers and complete the relevant delivery checks and paperwork
- You will be responsible for carrying out a full appraisal on each vehicle to identify any preparation that’s required
- Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure that all preparation and reconditioning is carried out in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Ensure all stock vehicles are on display within set time frames
- Ensure all used stock is valeted, photographed and uploaded onto the company’s website
- Prepare all sold vehicles to a high standard and ensure that all works have been carried out prior to customer collection
- Quality check all vehicles ready for sale and delivery
- Assist in maintaining the showroom and forecourt to a set standard and in line with the manufacturers Customer Experience programme
