We operate from numerous branches in the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands as well as our Head Office in Sale, Manchester. The role:
- Supporting the team of Property Managers and the wider business
- Liaising with local authorities and energy suppliers regarding tenancies and other things that may arise
- Answering tenant enquiries regarding any aspect of their tenancy
- Drafting and processing renewal tenancy agreements
- Involvement in contractors to carry out both small and large works to rental properties
- General office administration and being involved in a range of ad hoc administration tasks to support the needs of the business
- General office administration tasks as directed by management
- Greeting guests on arrival, advising the host and ensuring needs are met in terms of catering and car parking etc
- Opening and distributing post
- Ordering the stationery and general office supplies
- Photocopying, scanning and filing
Preferred Skills/experience
- Previous reception experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently deal with clients both face to face and on the telephone
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively
- IT literate; comfortable maintaining spread sheets and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office; including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Smart and well presented
