White Horse Employment is working in partnership in a leading non-profit organization based in central Salisbury, supporting their search for a Finance Manager.
This is a brand new role that has been created following continued growth across the business.

The role:
You will be responsible for an array of tasks, including:
- Managing both the finance and the wider support team (15 employees)
- Ownership of all statutory accounting
- Production of management accounts
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Continuous improvement
