Who we are looking for.
If you are the right candidate you are logical by nature - this is a role for someone who is organised, methodical and numbers orientated. You will have experience in identifying and engaging in a wide potential customer base and initiating contacts that engage and support the sales process. You will be the go getter for new clients and a key supporter of exiting partnership arrangements, ensuring the Self Space brand is promoted in the marketplace. You will be a great people person and ensure that the first point of contact effectively develops relationships that evolve into sales and strong partnership gong forwards. Main Responsibilities.
- Working with the entire partnerships team to grow retention and relationships.
- Working with Sales and Customer Success to identify and implement ways in which we can upsell and encourage our partners to engage in a larger partnership.
- Management & ownership of the partnership & engagement Monday board.
- Partnership management and check-ins of a designated group of partner account from onboarding to the recommissioning process.
- Working with Customer Success on a project basis building on ways to encourage usage across all partnerships.
- Working with Customer Success & Marketing to build and collect case studies with the aim of highlighting key partnership initiatives in order to entice new industries.
- Working with Customer Success to finesse the onboarding process, ensuring we have a robust set of materials and processes in place for success.
- Assisting the Senior Sales Manager with diary management and meetings.
- Running in depth usage data for B2B partners.
- Sending out type forms, collating feedback and putting into presentations to share with partners.
- Collating addresses and contacts for send outs.
- Sending out invites to events.
- Support the psycho education department with workshop and partnership admin (creating all workshop related invites, zoom links, diarising and sending workshop-specific coms)
- Create and send feedback on facilitation to psyched manager.
- Update Monday board with status of booking, delivery and completion
- Update Mindbody with checking out bookings.
- Liaise with both Senior Sales Manager and Psych Ed Leads to support realistic and well scheduled diarising of workshops
- Liaising with Psych Ed Leads to ensure sufficient and ongoing communication with partnership organisations
- Work with Psyched manager to liaise with the facilitation team to staff workshops as and when needed.
- New project of collating the psych ed monthly B2B newsletter
You will need
Experience in working in a fast paced sales based environment with a proven track record of delivering above target. Great customer service and sales skills. The ability to identify and develop different ways to interact with potential new clients and to develop ways of supporting existing partnerships.
You will need an enhanced level of IT skills and have enhanced skills in MS and Google based products.
You will be a great communicator and a strong team player who recognises and supports others as part of a wider team approach.
You will have great attention to detail and be able to comply with all UK GDPR requirements relating to handling data.

Location
The role is one that lends itself to home working however we will require the post holder to attend our locations in London and/or Manchester when required. We will negotiate the exact detail with the preferred candidate.
Probationary period.
The post will be confirmed following a successful reviews at months 1, 3 and 6.
