Job overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated an organised individual to join our team as an Operations Manager. In this role, you will support our crucial day to day operations, playing a pivotal role in driving efficiencies and operational excellence across our entire back office.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our savings platform.
- Ensure payments are executed and acknowledged on time.
- Oversee the reconciliation process to ensure accurate records of all cash balances are maintained at all times.
- Work with our banking partners to ensure accurate and timely product management.
- Communicate with our banking and distribution partners to handle day-to-day queries and issue-management.
- Oversee the systems and processes that manage customer orders to ensure deals are placed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with other colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve live issues.
- Maintain responsibility for overseeing operational issues as and when they arise.
- Manage, identify, assess and document risks to ensure good client outcomes and support the risk management culture.
- Ensure all relevant controls are robust, operated effectively and fully documented.
- Assist the delivery team in the design and implementation of new processes as the business scales.
- Assist the MLRO with KYC/AML operations, to ensure the efficient onboarding of new customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in an operations role within an FCA regulated company.
- Proven ability to work to a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience dealing with internal or external clients.
