Fusion Service Delivery (FSD) was created to support data quality management within the Fusion platform and sits within Securities Services. Through material investment in data analytics, visualization strategies and skills of the future, the traditional ‘operating model’ is being fundamentally re-written. Fusion is a cloud-native data solution for institutional investors, providing end-to-end data management, analytics, and reporting across the investment lifecycle. The solution allows clients to seamlessly integrate and combine data from multiple sources into a single data model that delivers the benefits of scale and reduced costs, along with the ability to more easily unlock timely analysis and insights.
Job responsibilities
- Manage data mining and analytics to define process flow and best practices, and Propel consistent data management practices across technical services and operations teams
- Build out process flows and Standard Operating Procedures
- Implement the ongoing governance and controls for BAU processes
- Build out and implement meaningful metrics reporting to share with senior audiences
- Define and implement day to day BAU operations roles and responsibilities across team
- Implement thematic analysis across multiple data repositories and technical services to help define the exception management operating model
- Collaborate across various teams to direct strategic solutions at the source; and Implement ML and AI into analysis and BAU procedures
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Extensive experience in Financial Services with an understanding of Operations, Tech, Risk & Controls
- Experience with Data Governance, Data Quality & Analytics
- Excellent project management & business analysis skills & a track record of delivery and execution
- Ability to analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously, with strong time management skills; efficient at multi-tasking and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple business demands on-time, to a high standard
- Proven ability to work with globally dispersed teams, operation teams and stakeholders at all levels; and the ability to develop strong partnerships across lines of business to achieve goals
- Microsoft Office Suite; and Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data analysis, querying databases, and creating meaningful reports and visualizations.
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Knowledge of AI/ML tools
- Knowledge of Python
- Knowledge/use of ProDQ (previously OWL DQ)
