The Role
Wolfspeed NI are looking for an Executive Support Assistant to join their growing team.
You will work directly with the NI Site Lead to support all aspects of day to day operations and work routine. You will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks for senior management to support business functions and operations.
The ideal candidate has hands-on have excellent communication and organizational skills acting as a liaison between team members and the Site Lead, sharing the employees' concerns and addressing their inquiries. A high degree of professionalism, self-direction and ability to work independently and customer service skills are required, along with a passion for learning.
What does your day-to-day look like?
  • Manage scheduling for Site Lead
  • Corporate travel booking including travel plans and itineraries
  • Assist Site Lead with admin duties such as calendar scheduling, expenses, meeting minutes, staff updates and townhall scheduling
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of Site Lead
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings under direction of Site Lead
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the Site Lead
  • Maintain various records and documents for the site
  • Invoicing and budget support
  • Event coordination
  • Engagement with EU / US internal stakeholders
  • General Office Management support – facilities, stock and supplies, maintenance, merchandise
  • Engagement with local vendors for office and admin support
  • Assist with new hire onboarding
  • Post blogs and maintain monthly site newsletter
  • Run and manage Wolfspeed NI CSR and Social committees

Must Have
  • Previous office management / administration or Executive level support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Adaptable and versatile with ability to be flexible with changing deadlines and priorities
  • Ability to anticipate, take initiative and resolve issues
  • Ability to have discretion and understand the importance of confidentiality
  • Effective multitasking abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
Nice to have
  • Experience in manufacturing industry
  • Project / event experience
