SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR LECKHAMPTON, CHELTENHAM - OTE £27-32K

We are now looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator to join our thriving Leckhampton branch.
In this role you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries both face to face and over the phone. To generate and conduct property viewings, book and conduct valuations (or want to learn this aspect of the role), negotiate sales with buyers and vendors.
Duties:
- Working within a team to achieve the branch revenue target
- Offer a first class service to our customers to improve market share
- Attend daily morning meeting
- Identify the vendors needs and match to the proposition to help win new business
- Registering applicants and matching them to properties that match their search criteria
- Arranging and undertaking viewings
- Arranging and undertaking property valuations
- Negotiating deals ensuring compliance
- Maintain regular contact with the applicant and vendor database
- Answering client enquiries
- General administrative disciplines
Skills & experience required:
- NAEA Level 3 Award, or willing to train to gain qualification
- Experience as a Sales Negotiator (generating sales, negotiation and valuing) in Estate Agency
- Well-developed written and verbal communication
- Happy to take personal ownership for the quality and timeliness of work
- Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Results driven
- Proactive and helpful approach
- Flexible and adaptable nature
- Customer centric and has a genuine want to exceed customers’ expectations
- IT literate
