PART-TIME ACCOUNTS ADMIN - 12 HOURS OVER 3 DAYS - IMMEDIATE START - HINCKLEY.
We are currently seeking a part time accounts assistant to support a Hinckley based company with their accounting duties, tasks will include:
- General purchase ledger duties (sending invoices etc)
- Maintaining supplier and customer records
- Routine Accounts Admin (e.g. Matching Delivery Notes To Invoices, Putting Into Alphabetical And Date Order)
- Updating Price Tickets
- Processing customer orders
- Helping with some occasional packing
- Maintaining an organised and flowing system
We ask that all applicants for this role meet the following criteria:
- Previous Accounts & Admin experience
- Are competent on Microsoft Excel
- Are organised and diligent when undertaking tasks
- Are happy with part time hours
- Are happy to be an "all-rounder" when required, e.g. packing occasional orders
You will be working 10:00am-14:00pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Totalling 12 hours of work a week.
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £12.00.
