Job Description
The Facilities Department are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Team atArrowe Park Hospital to cover maternity leavewho enjoys working as part of a team and can demonstrate a commitment to delivery an effective, high quality administrative support service.
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday is required for this post. Temporary post to cover maternity leave for 9 months.
The candidate will be expected to have excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional and proactive attitude with previous experience of working in a busy, demanding administration environment is essential.
A key element of this role is to provide an administrative service across all Facilities operational service models to support the smooth running of a large multidisciplinary department.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- have excellent interpersonal skills
- have demonstrable experience of working in a customer focused environment.
- have experience of working as part of a team to deliver administrative support to a multidisciplinary service.
- have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- have excellent keyboard skills and a goof level of competence in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- have a knowledge of administrative systems / office procedures
