We are now recruiting for a Project Lead to manage various projects in the Education and Quality Improvement department and analyse department progress against our objectives. A project lead is responsible for various duties surrounding a project. These duties may include documentation, creating and updating project trackers, risk and issue management, and using time management skills to help the team stay on track.

What does the role of Project Lead involve?
This is an exciting position for someone to extend their projectand leadership skills in health and social care projects
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Complete and/or maintain all project management documentation. This ranges from project initiation documents, milestone checklists and project reports
2. Keeping track of risks and issues of projects, ensuring KPI’s are met.
3. Communicating with stakeholders and project teams to keep up to date with project progress
4. Carrying out evaluation of project, including creation of reports and change requests where necessary
5. Supporting with marketing and copywriting for project communications
6. Keeping all documents and paperwork relating to project up to date and standardised.
7. Analyse progress of projects and services against objectives
8. Build trackers and dashboards to monitor objectives and report to Projects Team Manager, EQI Operations Manager and Head of EQI
9. Any general tasks as requested which contribute to the smooth running of HCPA
Am I the right candidate for the Project Lead position?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive person with excellent IT skills, who is also organised, and process driven.
We are also looking for you to have:
- Own transport with insurance for business use is essential for this role as travel around Hertfordshire may be required
- Would suit someone with a health or Social Care background/Project Management Experience
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills (with people at all levels of the organisation)
- Excellent standards of written documentation
- Ability to analyse information and present it in a clear, concise way and work under pressure without compromising the quality of work
- Must be able to successfully multitask displaying excellent time management and organisational skills
