Main Role and Responsibilities
- Work with the GCC Sales Manager to achieve and exceed all required sales targets and margins
- Handling of inbound/outbound reactive and proactive sales calls to both existing and new customers
- Management of the sales order book to ensure goods are received and despatched within agreed and acceptable time frames with the correct documentation
- Processing and progressing of quotations and orders
- Dealing with customer queries and enquiries in a responsive and timely manner
- Provide administrative support to the GCC Sales Manager
- Liaising with other departments where required to facilitate best service to the customer
- Development of business relationships with customers
- Development of both product knowledge and an understanding of customer requirements
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities via existing and new accounts
- Any other alternative duties and responsibilities that might be reasonably required to assist with the smooth running of the International Sales department
Skills / Competencies:
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally within the business
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise workload
- A drive and desire for ongoing training and personal career development
Qualifications / Experience Required:
- A good level of general education
- International Sales experience desirable though not essential
