Office Administrator
Homelink Property Services is a letting agency located in Bedford. We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator is responsible for the daily operations of the office. This includes but is not limited to: answering phones and emails, greeting customers, moving tenants in, adding data to our system. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM with every other Saturday from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.
- Dealing with all inquiries relating to property lettings
- Liaising with customers via number of communication channels but mainly via email
- answering customer inquiries regarding properties and applications
- Managing the applicant database
- Keeping up to date with the lettings and property market
- Ensure each applicant is assessed in line with relevant criteria
- Take payments and process accordingly
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Well organised
- Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Positive personality
- Good English speaking and writing skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £10.42 per hour
