Job Title: Sales Support and Customer Care Specialist

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development and Customer
Care Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Our main challenge at the moment is managing the volume of sales enquiries and projects that are in the pipeline, and we need someone who:
- Can project manage complex sales enquiries
- Understands the importance of processes, particularly related to ISO9001 quality management systems, and ensure compliance.
- Is comfortable talking to C-suite executives of multi-national companies
- Help out with product development in response to customers’ requests
- Work as part of a small dynamic team
Key Responsibilities:
You will liaise with the sales team to ensure the following tasks are carried out.
- Process sales orders and take responsibility for daily tasks, including completing orders, scanning pick lists, and delivery notes
- Manage and act as the first point of contact for incoming emails into the Sales Mailbox, delegating to relevant team members when necessary
- Qualify incoming sales inquiries, including all Pipedrive web chat, telephone, and email inquiries, before passing them to Russell
- Serve as the primary liaison between the office and warehouse/operations teams
- Ensure all documentation is correctly processed and filed according to ISO9001 quality procedures
- Set up product codes and product specifications in our system
- Work with the existing sales person to follow up inbound enquiries
- Use LinkedIn to generate leads through regular posting and other activity on that platform.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Familiarity with ISO9001 quality procedures is a plus
- Familiar with lead generation using LinkedIn (we can provide training if not)

- Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 (based on experience) plus discretionary bonuses
