Job Description
Managing the debt of one of our long established depots, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced environment from our site in Greenwich.
Main duties:
- Ensure customers are up to date with payments
- Monitor and maintain Customer credit limits and held orders - ensuring compliance with internal policy
- Hold regular reviews with Senior Management Team to ensure full visibility of issues and continued communication of issues until resolution
- Liaise with business segment staff to quickly resolve queries
- Updating and review of credit limits and new customers as and when required
- Reviewing and updating customer orders on hold and managing release process
- Any other ad-hoc administration as required
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Experience dealing with large multi nationals as part of a credit control function
- Experience and confidence in dealing with senior management in a large corporate entity
- Relevant Accounting Qualification / Member of appropriate professional body
