About Operations:

The Operations division is at the heart of our customers' experience here at THG. We Manufacture a wide range of sports nutrition and cosmetic consumer good that we then dispatch to our customers in over 200 countries worldwide from our purpose-built, innovative manufacturing and distribution centres.


Role based at Omega, Warrington

Working permanent Days.


Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Operations

THG's MyProtein Manufacturing Division works 24/7 to produce a wide range of high-quality sports nutrition products and supplements from our factories based all over the world.

  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained
  • Ensure the team achieves KPIs and targets
  • Continually improve departmental and organisational standards
  • Ensure all quality and hygiene documentation is completed and checked daily to required standard
  • Perform and act upon results of daily machine safety checks
  • Maintain and supportright first-timeculture
  • Effectively liaise with the other operational departments to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ensure all waste management measures are being adhered to

Requirements:

  • Experience in manufacturing with semi-automated machinery is desirable
  • Computer literate with strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and professional attitude
  • Always strive to deliver short-& long-termbusiness objectives
  • Demonstrates a flexible approach to meeting the business needs
  • Understands and considers THG values
  • Be willing to "go the extra mile"
  • Be self-driven and actively seek new ways of self-development
