If this is you, we have an exciting opportunity available! We are looking for someone to provide efficient and effective operational support to our Partnership Director team: enabling them to work closely with our customers to offer them the best of SCW’s capacity and capability to meet both their current and future service requirements. You will have an important role in building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to facilitate the delivery of required outcomes and objectives.
The successful candidate will join the Partnerships Operational Team:
Providing resilient operational management support to the Partnership Directors built on excellent teamwork, flexibility and mutual collaboration across the wider Delivery Team in SCW.
- Providing dedicated operational support to a selection of named accounts.
- Developing & maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external colleagues, in particular members of the account team(s) and local service line leads who support different customer patches.
- Managing projects and assignments as agreed with Partnership Director(s), delivered in line with good practice project management principles.
- Producing and Reviewing documents and presentations for a variety of audiences, including analysis, collation and reporting of e.g., performance reporting, customer scorecards and risks & issue logs.
- Coordinating and maintaining SCW Customer Service Level Agreements & associated documentation.
The Partnership team works in a busy and fast paced environment, where team working is highly valued, as is great customer service to both internal and external colleagues.
- You will join a supportive, and enthusiastic team, committed to delivering high quality outputs and contributing effectively to the achievement of Directorate and organisational objectives.
- Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will be part of a team of 3 Operational Managers and 2 Administrative/project support colleagues supporting our Partnership Directors and wider delivery teams.
- With a flexible and adaptive approach, you will be a valued and important member of the team, ensuring we effectively meet our customer needs as they mature and evolve.
