Our client are a fast-growing start-up in Ecommerce. They have a growing portfolio of beautiful brands across wines, spirits, beauty and lifestyle which we manage, "full-service" across all Ecommerce channels. An opportunity now exists to join their team to manage their "Direct to Consumer" portfolio.
Superb organisational skills, analytical, creative, leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. They are looking for a Brand Manager with the ability to self-lead, and display an innovative, entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset.
Scope:
Their DTC brands are a combination of existing brands which need a refresh to accelerate their growth and new to market brands which will be supported with strong media for launch. They may be running them across multiple eChannels - Therefore, you will be building brands 'from scratch’, working closely with the Amazon team where relevant.
As the Brand Manager, you will be the custodian of the brand’s image and presence across all channels. You will recommend strategies to position the brand for growth and analyse the brands competitors, consumer trends and shopping behaviours.
· You will be responsible for running the brand’s presence on Shopify including all aspects of marketing and running an online store.
· You will work with the in-house marketing content team to ensure we are deploying the right social media plan as well as strong on-site content which will be under your direct control.
· You will ensure we are driving traffic to the DTC site through all means at our disposal and converting these efficiently into sales.
· You will manage the new CRM platform which is currently being set-up.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Brand Manager within FMCG (ideally with experience in wines / spirits)
- A proven track record in delivering brand marketing strategy and consumer focused ideas
- Be fully competent building brands on Shopify, especially "new to market" launches
- Have experience of Klavijo or similar and running successful CRM strategy
- Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, 'gets’ consumers and places them at the core of everything that they do
- Be a strong communicator with great personal skills to work with people at all levels
- Have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, working effectively with our trading and content teams to ensure brand targets are met or exceeded
Hybrid / flexible working role - office based in Central London (location can be anywhere based in the UK but must be happy to commute to London once per week).

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
