Maintenance Engineer
Our client, a leading engineering company located in the Armagh Area are in search of a Maintenance Engineer to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- The Maintenance Engineer will report to the Maintenance Supervisor where they will be responsible for supporting various production departments
- Upkeep of pneumatic tools and other tools used within the production process and upkeep of maintenance spare parts
· Fault find electrical and/or mechanical faults and repair equipment
· Working with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
· Maintenance of forklift fleet and vehicles
· Identify and carry out routine preventative maintenance checks on electrical and mechanical equipment
· Reactive and planned maintenance within different departments
· Upkeep of records on maintenance computer system and report daily on any materials used and work carried out

· Provide Mechanical support to colleagues in other departments
The successful candidate must have:
· Third relevant qualification in an Engineering discipline or equivalent with a minimum 1-year previous experience within a manufacturing environment
· Computer literate
· Self-motivated with the ability to work with your own initiative and as part of a team
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
