Sales Administrator
An excellent opportunity has become available for a Sales Administrator based at our dealership in Trispen, Truro.
We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy environment.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales teams using your skills to be highly organised, confident, great attention to detail and proficiency in IT. Previous Administrator experience is required but experience in this role within the Motor Trade would be an advantage.
Role Responsibilities
· Raising sales invoices
· Registering warranties and additional polices
· Raising work request orders
· File auditing, to ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines
· Daily banking and petty cash
· Various ad-hoc duties within the dealership.
About you
· Smart appearance
· Good time keeping
· Good telephone skills
· Good communication skills both written and verbal
· Able to deal with ever changing priorities
· Full, clean UK driving license
37.5 - 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, working hours can vary between an 8.30 or 9am start time and finish at 5.30pm.
