Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with hospitality experience for the roles of General Manager. If you are passionate about providing quality customer service and food, this could be the role for you.
Requirements:
· Management experience or extensive hospitality knowledge (essential).
· Must be able to work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent communication, leadership, relationship building and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Solid knowledge of customer service and the ability to resolve conflict in a calm and professional manner.
· Exceptional knowledge of standard hospitality practices and procedures.
· The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Planning, organizing, and managing the daily operations of the hospitality staff to ensure efficiency.
· Supervising staff members and communicating the importance of customer satisfaction.
· Checking the quantity and quality of supplies and equipment daily, such as guest amenities.
· Maintaining a high standard of customer service according to company operating procedures.
· Attending to any complaints from guests in a professional and timely manner.
· Determining the future goals of the pub and setting plans to achieve them.
· Keeping accounts of income and expenditure and keeping track of budgets.
· Ensuring payment of employees.
· Establishing prices.
· Ensuring all licences and regulations are complete and up to date.
· Ensuring records are kept of orders and expenditure for the kitchen and front of house.
· Produce, manage, and operate the rotas.

Licence/Certification:
