A progressive law firm with an outstanding company culture are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team in Hertford. Key responsibilities of the Administration Assistant:
- Retrieve and deliver file and document requests, ensuring that all requests are signed for and accurate records are kept
- Maintain and accurately update database records of archived files and documents
- Regularly liaise with departments and archive closed files and documents
- Ensure that all storage areas are tidy and compliant with health and safety standards
- Arrange for offsite storage as part of the file reviewing process
- Retrieve offsite files and keep accurate records of their movements
- Provide Reception cover when required and assist with marketing events
