Senior Administrator – Group Risk & Healthcare
LOCATION: Birmingham
SALAEY: Up to £35,000

Operating in 135 countries, their team of specialist's design benefits solutions that meet the needs of businesses and their people. They are looking to recruit a Senior Group Risk Administrator to join their Corporate Consulting Delivery team.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with Corporate Clients on the phone and via email to deal with queries regarding their employee benefits policies
- Deliver superior analytical and consulting support to consulting teams and clients in a timely manner
- Deal with client and member queries (verbal and written), with support as appropriate in line with service level agreements to ensure timely client delivery
- Provide technical support to clients and colleagues
- Take ownership of delivery of tasks, proactively manage own workload and manage client relationships to support retention & growth
- Partner with internal/external stakeholders to achieve best service for client
- Ensure quality of own work through right first time approach
- Develop and maintain appropriate technical and market knowledge
- Attend client meetings as required
Knowledge & Experience
- At least 3 years Group Risk/Employee Benefits experience from either an employer, Broker or Insurer environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management and planning/organisational skills, ability to work to deadlines
- Be Client focused and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Candidate applying must have good knowledge of Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance and Critical Illness provide and provide technical support to clients and colleagues.
