Job Description
We are a Double Glazing Manufacturer's and Installer's looking for a friendly office administrator. Currently the vacancy is for 1 year, if the candidate shows excellence in their job then we would consider continuing employment. There is potential to be promoted in the future too.
We are looking for someone who has the following skills:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. If you have sales skills, this will be a plus point.
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role would be preferable.
Excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and be able to Email.
Manage appointments for upper management.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Manage bills and input them into software.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Will be trained on a bespoke computer software on how to design windows and doors. You will need to print off the reports provide to management.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £20,400.00 per year
