Executive Assistant
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
Location: Horsham, West Sussex.

What will you be doing?
As Executive Assistant to our CEO, you will be required to support on all projects and strategic changes throughout the business and be accountable for all administrative support on a day-to-day basis. The main role and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing diaries and arranging appointments, against project / business priorities
- Preparing and owning meetings, ensuring meaningful agendas
- Producing weekly and monthly reporting for board packs
- Ensuring accuracy and quality to all work produced
- Preparing and creating ad-hoc presentations, reports and spreadsheets
- Monitoring, prioritising, organising and responding (when required) to all email correspondence
- Attending meetings, minute taking and monitoring the completion of actions thereafter
- Maintaining and supporting on project boards and internal tasks as required
- Greeting visitors and answering the door phone when required
- Researching for potential projects as directed
- Completing expenses
- Creating complex workbooks in excel to produce easy to read reports
- Proactively chasing outstanding works throughout the business
- Escalating any challenges appropriately
- Monitoring and measuring strategic objectives
- Proactively engaging to understand priorities and objectives for the board, ensuring deadlines and KPI’s are met
- Provide support to general office management
- Managing and updating policies, procedures and the centralised asset registry in line with company work instructions
What do we need from you?
- Professional, resilient, calm and highly organised
- Pragmatic, able to think on your feet
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an EA role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- In depth knowledge of our policies and procedures
- Strong people skills, ability to adapt to work effectively with different personalities
- Self-motivated, proactive and positive attitude
- Strong clerical, administrative knowledge
- Confident and assertive
- Observant and focused on detail
- Advanced Office 365 skills - Essential
- An excellent communicator, both verbally and written
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive material
- Open to learning new skills
