Business Development Manager – International Packaging Company
Up to £50k + Commission Scheme + Car
REGION - M62 corridor
LOCATION: REMOTE – MUST BE BASED IN NORTH-WEST

They manufacture high-performance sustainable packaging solutions and products. Following the appointment of a new Sales Director, they want to build a team and involve you in future sales strategies and reward you well for your success. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing a strategic and tactical model business plan with long term sustainability.
- Identifying and sourcing new opportunities by targeting new markets and customers.
- Negotiating new contracts with suppliers or customers.
- Improving long term customer relations and developing key accounts.
- Generate sales with existing and new customers through a structured, disciplined, and professional approach to achieve results.
Key attributes required:
- Experience within the packaging industry (ideal, not a requirement)
- Self-motivated individual, ready to hit the ground running.
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative to create new opportunities.
- Proven ability to develop good working relationships at all levels.
- A confident and highly motivated self-starter
- Strong honest work ethic with the drive to thrive in a demanding sales environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Passion for sustainability
