Your opportunity
- Provide successful end to end project management & delivery for a variety of Product initiatives such as launches, closures and restructures.
- Work closely with the Product team to obtain a thorough understanding of requirements and be able to fully articulate to all stakeholders.
- Facilitate solutions to initiatives that are outside of Janus Henderson’s standard operating model and be able to quantify impact to business processes and implementation timelines.
- Provide strong effective communication and documentation (meeting minutes / action logs/ tracking logs / risks)
- Be adaptable to work on product activity with a client implementation component when relevant

Must have skills
- In-depth Product knowledge – OEICS, SICAVs, Hedge Funds etc.
- Strong Project Management experience
- Organized, methodical and structured approach
- Attention to detail, risk and controls
- Very strong communicator with a variety of internal stakeholders – Product, Ops, Distribution, Investment personnel, clients, external providers etc.
- Innovative and problem solving
- Operational experience beneficial
