DK Recruitment are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their client on a part time and permanent basis, located in their lovely Holsworthy office.
Our client is a well-known company based across the South West with many offices and a growing team!
The working hours for this role are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00am – 5:15pm.
Duties Include
- Opening the office & ensuring it is ready for the day ahead
- Providing ad hoc accounts administration and secretarial support
- Management of meeting rooms, i.e. diaries, refreshments etc.
- Answering the telephone, directing calls, and taking and passing on messages
- Provide a professional and good impression as the first point of call
- Audio and copy typing, photocopying/binding document and scanning
- General reception details such as dealing with post and stationery orders etc.
Candidate Requirements
- A positive attitude, friendly and approachable
- Resilient, able to multi-task and work independently / flexibly
- Adaptable, organised and conscientious
- Discreet, professional and team orientated in approach
- Sound working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Efficient and accurate typing skills
