Sales Negotiator | Preston, Lancashire | Full Time | Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm & alternate Saturdays 9am to 4pm | Basic salary of £24,000 | Uncapped Commission
Our client is an Independent Estate Agent and Letting Agent with four branches in Preston, Longridge, Garstang and Penwortham. The team has an excellent reputation for being proactive in marketing their properties and offering their customers fantastic service.
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be required to drive, so a clean driving license is preferable.

Are you the right person for the job?
- A full UK driving licence is essential for this position
- Must be a driven and focused individual who can work off their own initiative to join an already successful and growing business
- A strong SALES background, with previous experience working with targets
- The correct candidate would need a passion for property and good knowledge of the local area
- You will be enthusiastic, energetic and dynamic with attention to detail
What will your role look like?
- Arranging and attending valuations
- Sell properties by matching buyers and sellers
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Develops property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential sellers; meeting potential sellers through advertising
- Review listed properties by examining property; recommending improvements that will enhance sale ability; coordinating with appraisers to set a selling price; closing a contract
- Develops sales by meeting potential buyers; placing advertisements; responding to inquiries
- Closes sales by understanding buyers' requirements; matching requirements to listings; showing properties; demonstrating benefits; relaying offers; suggesting alterations; contract signing
- Updates job knowledge by studying listings; visiting properties; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional and community organisations
- To bring residential properties onto the housing market and to assist in aspects of sales procedure until the property has been sold
- Increase sales portfolio by generating new leads for sales book valuations, and carry out market appraisals
- Upload properties on software along with write-ups, produce window displays brochures
- To set a framework for the organisation to generate income from the sale of financial products related to the sale of properties i.e. mortgages/insurance
- To allow and implement the necessary framework on a wider scope to adapt the lettings market to those financial products
- To explore new avenues to supplement current income
