Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Administrator will have a vital role in our marketing endeavors at our office located in Coventry, being responsible for implementing effective strategies to promote our premium quality bedding products and maintaining strong customer relationships. The key tasks and duties associated with this position include:
· Manage our social media channels by posting engaging content about our premium bedding products regularly.
· Keep our company website up-to-date with new blogs, photos, news, and customer reviews related to our premium bedding products.
· Provide administrative support for big marketing projects promoting our premium bedding products.
· Handle advertising budgets for Google and social media, specifically for our premium bedding products.
· Keep track of marketing campaign progress, coordinating updates from external agencies and stakeholders.
· Create accurate purchase orders for marketing materials related to our premium bedding products.
· Update the website with photos, events, and colleague updates related to our premium bedding products.
· Assist in organizing events that showcase our premium bedding products.
To be considered for the Sales and Marketing Administrator role, the successful candidate should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
Qualifications:
- Preferred residency in the United Kingdom.
- A-Level or equivalent qualification (English level CEFR B1).
Skills:
- Familiarity with effective internal and external customer service approaches.
- Strong interest in marketing and creative design, particularly in relation to premium products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a good grasp of technology.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workload.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience, preferably with premium products.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
Job Offer: The Sales and Marketing Administrator will be entitled to the following benefits:
- Annual salary: £26,500.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm.
- Full-time position, comprising 39 hours per week.
