Our Stock Administrators have a keen eye for detail and are able to identify discrepancies in stock levels and will be able to solve any issues that arise quickly and efficiently. If you're process driven and a real problem solver this could be an opportunity for you to make a true difference within our team.You will be based at our customer site in Donnington, working Monday to Friday on a 08:00 - 16:00 shift pattern. Stock Administrators are responsible for accurate accounting of inventory held on behalf of our customer. This is achieved by managing and resolving discrepancies arising from some of the following: programmed stock-taking activity; operational activity; issues and receipts from K+N UK based warehouses; system reconciliation of WMS and IMS. Working closely with a number of colleagues and team members you will conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to provide operational areas data for process improvements.
- Collate data from various sources, to include Warehouse and Inventory Management Systems (WMS & IMS) and manual spreadsheets
- Conduct detailed and in-depth investigations into stock discrepancies and customer queries
- Communicate with various external customers on a daily basis as part of investigating discrepancies
- Create various operational reports for external and internal customer, such as volume reports, warehouse dashboard
- Analyse and interrogate data and report outputs, consolidate data into one report, maintaining IMS and WMS data integrity
- Manipulate and update of spreadsheets to create reporting outputs
- Carry out stock adjustments and transactions on the site inventory systems

- To liaise with team leaders and other staff where escalation of an issue is required
- Work with the operational department to improve stock integrity – where issues are identified.
- Interrogate warehouse system and be able to physically identify issues visually within warehouse
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, articulating findings to a high standard
